I love working out but even with all my efforts over the years to eat clean and exercise 5 days a week, I’ve rarely lost weight, but instead, have lost inches. That’s where tracking your fitness measurements can be beneficial. Many people get frustrated when they workout and don’t see results on the scale, but you can’t base your fitness results on weight alone (especially if you have a health condition like mine). I have been tracking my measurements for years and finally got tired of scribbling everything in a notebook so I created this Free Printable Fitness Measurement Tracker that you can download below!
I created 2 different printables: one with masculine colors and one with feminine colors (there was no reason behind creating 2 different colors other than I wasn’t completely happy with the first color choice so I made a second, hehe).
The printable file includes 4 pages total so you can easily print front.
How to use a fitness measurement tracker
The hubby and I prefer to take our measurements on Sunday morning. We workout Monday through Friday so measuring on Sunday gives us an extra day for our body and muscles to relax. We sometimes do a bit of yoga on Saturday as well.
Take your measurements at the same time and the same day each week. You may not see results every week and it may take a few weeks to see results. The purpose of using the tracker is to compare your body changes to something other than weight alone. You may notice you clothes fit differently and that’s an indication you have lost inches 🙂
I hope this free printable fitness measurement tracker helps you stay on top of your fitness goals! Enjoy!
