Since today is the first day of November and the month to be thankful, I though it was appropriate to discuss how showing gratitude benefits us (and give you a free printable!). Writing in a gratitude journal on a regular basis can help you lower stress, gain new perspectives and helps you focus on what really matters. I talk a lot about how simplifying your life can create an overall happier life and keeping a gratitude journal helps you gain clarity on what you can remove from your life that does not bring happiness. If you would like to start a gratitude journal but don’t know where to start, download my free printable mini gratitude journal below.
I created this mini gratitude journal with 30 pages of prompts and questions to get you thinking about how you can be grateful. Sometimes all we need is a small reminder about the things we should appreciate and things we may take for granted. This appreciation is what makes life worth living!
