Ice Cream Sundae Bar Free Printables
If you are looking to celebrate any occasion with an ice cream social, these printables will come in handy! I’ve listed all the supplies that I used to create a fun Ice Cream Sundae Bar with free printables.
Supplies:
- Ice Cream Party Free Printables (get them below)
- Ice Cream (Snack) Cups
- Wooden Spoons/Plastic Spoons
- Napkins
- Mason Jars
- Ice Cream Sugar Cones
- Rainbow Sprinkles
- Gummies
- Ice Cream
- Maraschino Cherries
- Whipped Cream
- Bananas
- Ingredients for DIY Hot Fudge (1 can sweeten condensed milk + 1.5 cups chocolate chips) – optional
- Ingredients for DIY Caramel Sauce (brown sugar + butter) – optional
The total spent on this party was $16.00!
I also used some popcorn that we already had in our pantry with cellophane bags, twine, and the free printable Thank You tags as party favors. I thought salty (popcorn) and sweet goes well together and popcorn is a super-cheap edible-extra that almost everyone likes to eat.
There are many other ice cream supplies you can add to your ice cream party, it just depends on how much you want to spend in the end (the more toppings, the more cost!). A few other toppings that come to mind…
Additional Ice Cream Sundae Bar Supplies:
- Shredded Coconut
- Chopped Walnuts or Peanuts
- Chocolate Syrup
- Strawberry Syrup
- Mini-Marshmallows
- M&Ms
- Crushed Oreos
- Waffle Cones
- Cake Cones
- Banana Split Bowls

How to Host an Ice Cream Party:
- Print the free ice cream party checklist and decor (get it at the end of this post).
- Go shopping for supplies at your local Dollar Tree or try Target One Spot (depending on the time of year, you can find ice cream supplies there). I purchased the remaining food items on my list at Aldi (their prices are super low in my area).
- Make the DIY hot fudge and caramel sauce (if using at your ice cream party).
- Arrange all supplies and ingredients on a table with the decor:
- I placed the containers of ice cream in a basket wrapped with a pink and yellow bunting for a pretty display.
- Place cones and spoons in a wide-mouth mason jar.
- Use small mason (jelly) jars for toppings (if you use larger jars the kids will probably go overboard with toppings!).
