1prepared 9-inch graham cracker crustmake it or buy it pre-made
2cans of sweetened condensed milk
1/2cupof lime juicefresh is best but bottled works
1/2cupof lemon juicefresh is best but bottled works
1teaspoonof grated limeor lemon peel
2cupsof frozen whipped toppingmake it or buy it pre-made
2-3lime slicesoptional for garnish
Instructions
Mix the milk, juices and peel in a bowl (my trick is to use half lemon, half lime so it's not so tart ;)). Mix well - the mixture should get back to a thick consistency.
Pour contents into the pie shell.
Add whipped topping to the pie, garnish (optional) and place in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight.
